Welcome to EK Consulting Global. This Terms of Service and Privacy Policy document outlines the rights, responsibilities, and legal understanding between visitors, clients, and EK Consulting Global. By using this website or engaging in services offered through it, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided EK Consulting Global, operated by Edward Khoury, offers independent consulting services related to construction chemicals. These include but are not limited to:

• Specifications and technical advisory

• BOQs and shop drawings

• Method statements and system selection

• Site technical visits and inspection reports

• Cost estimation and value engineering

• Supply coordination for affiliated construction materials

All consulting services are customized to client project requirements and delivered through direct, freelance-based engagements.

2. Independent Contractor Status EK Consulting Global is not a licensed business or registered commercial entity within the State of Qatar. All services provided are rendered by Edward Khoury as a self-employed independent contractor who resides in Qatar and operates internationally.

Engagements made via this website are conducted under private consultancy agreements between the client and Edward Khoury personally, without any corporate affiliation or registration within Qatar.

The term "we," "our," or "EK Consulting Global" refers solely to Edward Khoury acting in a private, individual capacity for branding and communications purposes. Use of this website does not constitute any engagement with a Qatari-licensed business.

3. Payments, Pricing & Invoicing All services are invoiced personally by Edward Khoury and processed via international platforms such as Wise or other agreed-upon payment channels. Clients are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees incurred during the transaction.

Work typically begins upon receipt of written confirmation (by email or message) and/or a down payment, as specified in the official quotation.

Pricing for consulting services is based on a standardized model starting at $3/m² per coating system, which includes specifications, BOQs, method statements, drawings, and technical coordination. Additional services such as on-site visits, compliance documentation, or fast-track deliverables may be subject to additional charges based on the scope of work.

4. Material Supply & Affiliate Disclaimer While EK Consulting Global may assist in coordinating the supply of construction chemicals or systems from third-party manufacturers or distributors (affiliated brands), all product warranties, delivery schedules, and commercial terms are handled separately and directly between the client and the supplier.

Edward Khoury does not act as a legal reseller, distributor, or logistics provider for any construction chemical brand. Any involvement in material selection or supply support is done solely for the client’s benefit as part of a consulting engagement.

A nominal commission may be received from affiliated suppliers for facilitating material selection, specification, or purchase. This does not affect the pricing or responsibilities related to the supplier’s terms. Clients are responsible for confirming lead times, warranties, and technical documentation directly with the supplier.

5. Intellectual Property All deliverables, including specifications, BOQs, drawings, and method statements, are the intellectual property of Edward Khoury unless otherwise agreed in writing. These materials are for the sole use of the client and may not be resold, republished, or distributed without express permission.

Use of content from this website (including text, structure, service descriptions, and templates) without authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure All client information, project data, and communications are treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third party unless required by law or authorized by the client.

Clients are expected to treat proprietary templates and documents provided by EK Consulting Global with the same level of confidentiality.

7. Liability Disclaimer Edward Khoury provides all consulting services in good faith, based on available project information and international best practices. However, final implementation is the responsibility of the client, project manager, or contractor.

EK Consulting Global shall not be held liable for:

• Delays or damages caused by improper application of materials

• Misuse of specifications

• Changes in site conditions

• Regulatory non-compliance in the client's local jurisdiction

Clients are advised to confirm all final designs and materials with their own project engineers and consultants.

8. Privacy Policy This site does not collect any personally identifiable data unless you voluntarily submit your information via email or contact form.

We may use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to monitor general site traffic and behavior. No data collected is shared or sold to third parties.

Your contact information, project details, or any files shared with us are kept private and used only to respond to your inquiries and fulfill services.

9. Governing Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the personal legal status of Edward Khoury as a freelance international consultant residing in Qatar. Any legal disputes arising from service engagements will be addressed under applicable freelance and contractual laws internationally, not under Qatari corporate or commercial law.
