2. Independent Consultant Status

EK Consulting Global operates as an independent freelance consultancy and is not a registered commercial business within the State of Qatar.
All engagements are private consultancy agreements between the client and the consultant as an individual service provider.

References on this website to "we" or "our" refer solely to EK Consulting Global as a personal consulting identity used for communication and branding purposes.
Use of this website does not constitute any engagement with a corporation or locally licensed commercial entity.

3. Payments, Pricing & Invoicing

• Consulting fees are invoiced by the individual consultant and processed via international payment platforms such as Wise or other mutually agreed payment channels.
  
  

• Clients are responsible for any banking or currency conversion fees.
  
  

• Work may commence upon written confirmation or receipt of an advance payment as agreed.
  
  

• Pricing commonly begins from $3/m² for coating system packages including specifications, BOQs, method statements, and technical coordination.
  
  

• Additional services (site visits, fast-track delivery, documentation requests) may incur added fees depending on scope.
  
  

4. Material Supply & Affiliate Disclaimer

EK Consulting Global may assist in coordinating materials from third-party suppliers. However:

• All warranties, deliveries, and product performance are the responsibility of the supplier.
  
  

• EK Consulting Global is not a distributor, reseller, or logistics provider.
  
  

• A small referral commission may be received from suppliers, but this does not affect client pricing.
  
  

• Clients must confirm lead times, compliance, and warranties directly with the material supplier.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

All specifications, drawings, BOQs, and technical documents produced are the intellectual property of EK Consulting Global unless otherwise agreed in writing. These materials are provided for use only within the client’s project and may not be resold or reused commercially.

Website content and consulting frameworks may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

6. Confidentiality

All client data, documents, project information, and communication are treated as confidential and will not be shared unless legally required or authorized in writing by the client.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Consulting advice is provided in good faith based on available project data and recognized best practices.
Implementation, supervision, and compliance remain the responsibility of the client, project engineer, or contractor.

EK Consulting Global is not liable for:

• Regulatory variations in the client’s region
  
  

• Delays or damages caused by third parties
  
  

Clients are encouraged to verify materials and final design approvals through their own engineering representatives.

8. Privacy Policy

This website does not collect personal data unless voluntarily submitted. Analytics tools may be used to track general site traffic for performance/improvement purposes.
No information is sold or shared with external parties.

9. Governing Jurisdiction

Services are provided under the legal framework of independent freelance consultancy. Any disputes shall be addressed under applicable international freelance contractual practices, not commercial business laws of Qatar.
